These pictures were posted on one of the American deer hunters’ site. Their author assures that they were taken in Berwick, Louisiana. Surely, this mysterious beast looks horrible. But it’s most likely a fake photograph though the hunter claims it’s a real one. Anyway, if something like this comes out in the woods at night, anyone would be scared to death…

It's a game cam. They're motion activated and hunters use them to discern the pattern of game animals, such as deer.

It definitely does look like it is not real. But that does not mean it is perpetrated by the hunter. It could have been staged by someone else or, since most of these game cams are pretty easy to fool around with, someone could have approached it and slipped a doctored image onto its drive.
