recent studies in vancouver bc( meth hotspot) is showing that a vast majority of people with meth/stubstance abuse problems were abused as children
please read "in the realm of hungry ghosts" by dr gabor mate.
throwing people in jail is actually the worst thing we can do. These people have years of stress in their minds before reaching teen-age years
