These are McDonald’s restaurants that aren’t really McDonald’s restaurants. They are copy cats or knockoffs. Apparently the copyright laws in foreign countries aren’t enforced too strictly.

i'm guessing it's korea and it's real dog meat. not much point in putting an image of a dog on the menu, otherwise...
