WOW, a post about my country, thatz a 1st for me on Izi.
Sadly thatz the way it is, I see these kind of stuff almost daily on the streets, but am happy to know that there is worse.

So true .. a country full of idiots (especially those with a driving license) that think "No parking" signs doesn't apply to them, blocking sidewalks, public transportation lanes ... and there was one case when a stupid twat blocked the door entrance/exit into a freaking bank, keeping "hostage" customers inside till she came back from doing her nails or something.
Capital city, Bucharest (notice the B on the license plate) has the worst of it.
God i hate the people living in it! (and yeah, i live there too, unfortunately)
