After winning award after award for her hair cutting techniques this hairstylist began to use her hair clipping to create beautiful artwork. One of her projects are high heels. She admits that she is flat footed, but loves high heels.

Tsai Shiou-ying of Taichung says that by creating high heels with hair she can enjoy the look of high heels without them getting moldy in the closet. She has also created other amazing pieces of art with hair as well including brooches and sculptures.
