Gigantes is right. This is why the Chinese can build things much quicker and cheaper than America. But hey, government OSHA workers need jobs too.....so do building inspectors, inspectors of records, labor compliance administrators, ect...a job worth $100,000 ends up costing $500,000 in the good old US of A. Raise my taxes to cover the deficit i wont mind!!!
