This cool project was conducted by Matthew McVickar. He attached a disposable camera to a cardboard, and taped on instructions for mail employees on the package to take pictures with it along the way to it's destination.
He wound up receiving seven pictures from the camera, which traveled from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Honolulu. He sent three more cameras to other destinations: to Washington, to Japan, and to Massachusetts, but the camera wasn’t returned to him. Even though the idea is great and it becomes quite popular.
