Boy sells Kidney for $20,000.00 yuan which is roughly $3,090.79 USD then regrets his choice!

A 17 year old boy from China wanted an iPad2 so badly that he agreed to sell his kidney for 20,000 yuan. He went to Chenzhou City in Hunan Province for the kidney removal surgery. He met a broker who contacted him on the internet to sell his kidney.

Now with his health failing, he regrets the choice to sell his kidney for an iPad2.

He was actually paid 22,000 yuan and his kidney was removed on April 28th after the kidney was removed at the Chenzhou no. 198 hospital.

His mother called the police as soon as he came home, but they can’t located the broker and the hospital is not qualified to remove organs or transplant them. They have no knowledge of the surgery and police are still seeking information in the case.
