In China’s Port city of Quingdao, Shandong Province, algae have turned the sea green. This makes for some interesting swimming. It’s almost a combination of wading and swimming.

Heh, that's where I live at the moment. That green stuff is nasty, smelly and ruins the swimming. They are taking it off the beach in dump trucks every day. And there's always more the next day.

So sad, because the beaches could be so nice
