Anders Behring Breivik who is accused in Norway terror attacks might stay in Halden Fengsel prison. This prison opened its appealing doors in April of 2010 and was built with rehabilitation in mind. The facility has a hardwood floored basketball court and jogging trails and each cell is equipped with minifridges and flat-screen TVs.
