In Australia, this baby humpback whale was found stranded on a beach. Soon after, it was returned to the ocean. It took several people and a lot of effort but it was all worth it.

That is correct, however they only killed him after he/she beached a second time. First time they saved the calf.

i live in Australia! the rescued the baby and kept it under observation hoping it would find its mum because it had almost 0 chance of surviving without her, what they done was humane after the baby got beached a second time
