I know for a fact that one of these people isn't "ugly" but has a genetic disorder. I have the same disorder. It's not something to poke fun at. We spend our lives in hospitals (I've gone through 42 surgeries so far and I'm considered a mild case), going through numerous plastic surgeries (and a few to save our lives because the disorder causes skull issues) to make ourselves look relatively normal so people like the ones who made this post accept us. I was a fan of this website but since you've been making posts like this one of people who aren't as "fortunate" as the "perfect women" you love to post pictures of and cracking jokes about how men hate them and now they're the reason men don't marry...I'm not a fan anymore. It seems like Izismile has turned into a site built to attack and make fun of certain groups of people. Shame, shame.
