The world’s most hardcore Superman fan is probably a Filipino man by the name of Herbert Chavez, who went through actual plastic surgery to look like the flying superhero. His first surgery was back in 1995, with surgeries and procedures including rhinoplasty, silicone lip injections and thigh implants. Chavez also has a substantial collection of Superman memorabilia, and not surprisingly may suffer from Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
