Number 8 has a green N identifying him as a novice driver. The government requires these badges to warn other drivers to be cautious of these inexperienced drivers. Number 18 has trimmed his magnetic N so that the green is removed. I guess he feels like he is being a non-conformist. He can get a ticket just for that.

Did I mention, they had their friends block local highways during rush-hour so they could have their street race?
