Those who did this are bastards with no brains.

Somebody threw a block of concrete from a bridge in the UK. The huge stone struck a car as it passed under the bridge breaking its roof and injuring the occupants. It was the second similar incident on the A12 on the same day.

It's happened in Toronto...last year if I am not mistaken. These people are complete assholes and should be poster children for the reinstatement of capital punishment! Either that or make them go to church for the rest of their lives. They will end up in hell either way.

The reference to going to church was an extremely sarcastic one aimed more at god people than the idiots that did this. My strong feeling is that they should not go to jail at all...they should be executed.
