This guy was simply taking part in the planking craze...
19-year-old Alexander Hart of Wisconsin went on a mini planking spree earlier this year and posted photos and video of it on Facebook and YouTube. He laid out across a police car, in Walmart and Lowes and even on top of an ATM machine. However, once a police officer saw him planking on a police memorial monument he soon found himself in custody. He was eventually convicted of “disorderly conduct” and fined $303. Hart claims that the photos were simply to get “laughs” but unfortunately the police thought otherwise.
