Some of those $1000 winners don't look happy. Maybe they played more times than the value of the win. (Imagine winning money? Wow!)

In Ontario you have to have a picture if you win over a certain amount of money. It is a requirement that is buried in the fine print of the rules. Besides if they don't post your picture and how much you won, how will the beggars, god people and other leeches of society find you to beg for money?
