Almost all of these look better before than after. Honestly, who cares what you look like, what's the point of make-up, surgery and make-overs, they almost always make people look fake and horrid. As I said, almost every single one here I think looked better before than after, besides the teeth. Although with that being said, majority of them are photoshopped, if not all.
