1. The more testosterone you have, the more selfish you become. He apparently has too much.
2. This guy thinks that he is better because he has a better job. Thus he thinks that people who settled for waiting tables are just lazy and worth of his contempt (I don't agree with this), and thus he doesn't feel the need to pay someone for his "laziness".

#73 tipping. Here in Australia it is considered rude to Ask for a tip. We might get one if we do a really extra good job. But other than that the we are already being paid to serve the customer anyway. My job is my choice if I did not like the pay I would get a new job.
