In addition to what Troll said, Japan also didn't have to deal with looting niggers and wiggers, labor union bullshit, and governmental red tape. They immediately got to wok at fixing the problem.

@Koowilliams- it is true I tend to be negative, sexist, bigotted and racist to name a few. But at least I am direct and honest and I am not negative all the time. Generally I am certain or honest in what I say and have apologised when I have been in error here in the past. Please show me the proof that Japan does not dump it's waste in the ocean. Please show me the proof that the hard water from the damaged nuclear plant is not floating around in every ocean in the world now.
