Comment faire un œuf poché ?
Eau juste frémissante, vinaigre, très peu de sel. On y plonge l’œuf cru délicatement.
Un régal sur une salade tiède avec des lardons et des croûtons.
On appelle ça une salade lyonnaise. C'est typiquement français et surtout de la capitale mondiale de la gastronomie.
