This Mormon love quartet from Salt Lake City is not what you call a regular family.
Joe Darger, the owner of the construction company from Salt Lake City, Utah, lives in marriage with twin sisters Vicki and Valerie and their cousin Alina.
Joe was dating Vicky and Alina at the same time and they held a joint wedding ceremony in 1990. Vicky’s twin Valerie joined them in 2000 after divorcing her previous husband who had six wives.
The Dargers attempted to keep their marriage in secret for years, until they have decided to overcome the public prejudices of their religious beliefs and lifestyle. Lately they’ve told their story in a biographic book called “Love Three Times.”
Their Mormon family has 24 children.
