That city could have been as popular and as powerful as philadelphia (accross the river). But taxes killed businesses and because people who didn't care just let it die. People just like you and your comment.

Was in Philly once and the woman I was with pointed across the river and said, "That is Camden, NJ. You don't want to go there." I checked it out online later and it was rated #1 either most crime or most dangerous city in America at the time. So, as already posted, "Let her rot."
