Technically that one is true........ they don't have bone kneecaps the same as you and I, but have a small disc of cartilage covering the knee that will eventually calcify and become a kneecap. I've seen xrays of my sons legs just after he was born because the thought he might have a problem with his hips and there was no kneecap there.
