The Melkwegbridge was designed by NEXT architects and can be found in Purmerend, the Netherlands. The bridge has steps leading up and over it and because of its height, it is a tourist attraction as it offers incredible views of the city.

Now granted, it is the Netherlands which can be pretty damn flat but there do appear to be buildings nearby taller than 50'
