36 year old, Siobhain Fletcher, has battled hirsutism since she was a teenager. The condition is caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome, which causes there to be extra testosterone in the body that leads to hair growth. She has tried all available treatments to manage the facial hair but decided to show her support for Movember (a moustache growing charity event to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer charities) by allowing it to grow out.
