Chris and Malissa Tack have joined the "tiny homes" movement by downsizing to their 140 sqft (13 m2) wooden house on wheels. The house is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and sweeping loft. It took 800 hours to build it over seven months.

That's nice if you're going for the 'hunting cabin in the deep woods' look but you can get a lot more utilization of space and quality by buying an RV. Buy used - they take major depreciation hits.

This is a pretty cool take on the Winnebago. I just think there would be a huge mess after the parking lot speed bumps seeing that there is nothing holding the jars on the shelves.

these homes are generally not intended to be driven around a lot. i'm sure when they do a move they have everything all secured. the main point of the hitch and the wheels is to do an occasional move as the situation warrants.

but, yea... buying a trailer or an RV seems a lot more practical way to get started in this type of thing.

Having no toilet nor shower/tub makes this worthless.

"Does a bear shit in the woods?"
"No that's just Chris and Malissa Tack again."
