If you get fooled by that, you deserve it.
I live in China and I know 2 friends with the original S. Galaxy Note II. And if we talk about iPhones you wouldn't even believe it.
So stop blaming Chinese people for the stupidity of this guy. And don't forget that the real one is made in China too.
