This guy looks completely different in his before and after photos but Andrew Dickson just used a few simple  to create these deceptive photos. 
 

In the first photo he weighs 185 lbs and has 16 percent body fat. Andrew got his girlfriend to take a before shot of him and then he did a few push ups and chin ups and shaved his head before taking the next photo an hour later.

In this more recent photo series he is 200 lbs and 19 percent body fat and he takes a few different photos in the space of an hour to give the illusion that he had been slowly changing over a few months.
