awesome stuff, but scary at the same time. i mean, most of the helmets are not far from being blindfolds. so unless you had your mates looking out for you, seems like an unarmored opponent of equal physical ability would have a huge speed advantage and could find ways to trip you up, then straddle you and look for an opening to stick a dagger through.

Guys with such armor didn't fight...most time. And when, they get Horses... but your right anyway. In a fight French vs England the blind, polish king wants to fight and linked his horse with his guards horses. One of the Horses died in fight...all die. They didn't care about any disadvantages :D

I like the ones with demonic/exaggerated features. I think those would have terrified the CRAP out of their opponents.

Also, #2 looks like the result of an intimate encounter with Zach Galifianakis and Daft Punk's Hero Robot No. 1
