I guess everyone has their own perception. She doesn't look half as bad as some of the giant Americans you see posted on this website, who can't get out of their house and need a gopher to move.

If your BMI extends into the overweight portion, then you are fat. No amount of lipid-cell weighted chub-finger rage will change medical fact.

Eat less- no exercise required. Cheapest exercise- jumping jacks. Start with one a day build up to 100.
Calories out must be greater than calories in.
