Craig has been known Joan for over 30 years, but he never confessed his love for her. But 18 months ago he finally told her about his feelings and proposed.
Unfortunately, Craig was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and became terminally ill, so they had to bring the wedding forward.
During the celebration Joan shaved her hair to show the support to her husband and then donated it to the Little Princess Trust, a charity which supplies high quality wigs made of real hair to children who have hair loss as a result of cancer treatment.
