Facebook user Kenny Chiu made a post where he warned people in Manila, Philippines to be extremely careful when using tissue dispenser in public bathrooms.
He posted photos where you can see a syringe sticking out of the dispenser. Not only you can get hurt by it but it might carry other dangers. Kenny claims that that some unknown individuals are doing it on purpose and that such syringes can be infected with blood-borne diseases like HIV or Hepatitis B. So, he advices to bring your own toilet paper. He also wrote, "If you ever get injected by one of these, please go to your doctors or the nearby hospitals for a check-up." This is some scary and dangerous sh!t if you ask me.
