Carl Størmer (1872-1957) could be called the first Norwegian paparazzi, as he walked around Oslo, Norway in the 1890s with his spy camera and secretly took everyday pictures of people.

Later Carl Størmer became a mathematician and one of the pioneers of northern light research. Not all of these peoples was random peoples.
#25 is world famous playwright and poet Henrik Ibsen. To his left, behind the trees you can see the very top of a building that is the national theater of Norway. Today there is a statue of Henrik Ibsen outside the building. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henrik_Ibsen
