This Invention Could Put An End To Illegal Pavement Parking (5 pics)

CatClaw was invented by Yannick Read, 47, to be placed on pavements all around UK. The way they will work is when a car mounts the pavement (i.e. parks illegally) the device will puncture its tire. The idea is designed to measure the weight of the car to not be confused with a bicycle, pedestrian or child's buggy.
