This is the Lockheed Martin Fortis, which works by transferring loads through the device to the ground in a standing or kneeling position thereby allowing the wearer to lift heavy tools as if they were weightless. The design uses a Equipois zeroG® arm that can manage objects up to 36 lbs (16 kg) and the entire exoskeleton moves with the body and can adapt to the person wearing it, which will increase productivity and reduce muscle fatigue over the long term.

So, is eating gluten-free actually good for you?
Not long ago, Jimmy Kimmel asked gluten-free people if they knew what gluten was and of course, most gluten-free people had no idea. It really proved that the gluten-free trend is BS but it didn't give any explanations on what gluten actually is. This video corrects that..
