The most difficult part of any relay race is to pass the baton to the next athlete in your team so that he/she could continue the race without losing speed and time. Athletes run pretty quickly, so in case the baton is dropped you can’t see all the details. Right now you have a unique chance to view the “baton dropping” process in frames! Ooops!  It’s not as funny as bath time for cats ‘cause dogs don’t hate water like cats…  As can be seen from these photos following the end of the war in the Battle of Stalingrad there is nothing left but wreckage. The carnage left behind after a war is nearly unfathomable. It is more than just man’s inhumanity to man, it is also man’s inhumanity to the planet.  These photos are of the Viet Nam war and were taken by a combat photographer named Richard Calmes back in 1968 and 1969. Although there are some interesting photos in the group they serve to prove that war is hell.  I have no clue who comes up with these ideas but now someone has decided that THIS happens to be a great material to give yourself some pleasure. Check the pictures to see what it is. By the way, this invention is 50 years old already ;)  If you like drinking beer and playing battleship, well, you should like playing Beer Battleship! It’s another creative drinking game. What’s interesting in this game is that nobody really loses at the end. Whether you win the game or you drink all your beverages… ))  In some Russian villages, they go to places called ‘banya’ which are in fact nothing more than saunas. As not everybody can go to those places, one man got the idea to make a mobile ‘banya’. He made a little wooden house that he equipped to make a sauna and that he mounted on an old tractor. Now the villagers just have to call for the mobile sauna house to come to their place. We can’t stop progress.. One presumes that the snake was stealing eggs or attacking chicks in the woodpeckers’ nest.  A crocodile was killed after taking a foolish shortcut across a herd of hippos! This young crocodile was swimming too close to a mother and her calves and as around 50 hippos gathered into a defensive circle, the crocodile panicked and tried to escape by racing over their backs… that was not a bright idea… Crocodiles are dangerous predators, but one should not underestimate the power of hippo’s jaws… Rare pics await you inside the post…  Edit: We posted the first episode not long ago but 3 more have been released since, so here they are, always funny!  It’s a bit old now but I’m sure many of you haven’t seen it yet and anyway, it’s still interesting to see because it’s a great video !
A battle between a pride of lions, a herd of buffalo, and 2 crocodiles at a watering hole in South Africa's Kruger National Park while on safari.  This post is another example of the consequences of human pollution. It’s really shocking! Look after the jump what those birds have eaten and the reason why they died.  I’m talking about a real battle, not one seen in a movie… These pictures show some training from the Russian Army that took place on the last weekend of September. Pictures are interesting, you should take a look.  It just looks amazing! A Swedish guy built it from a 1973 Lincoln Continental. It took him over $1 million USD and 3.5 years to complete, or some 20.000 hours of work. It features a lot of gadgets like satellite navigation, voice recognition, reversing cameras, a DVD player, a plasma TV... Nice work!  On Friday, February 20, after a long day of carrying equipment to set up the hot tub at the top of the Pic Chaussy (Switzerland), 25 people partied, had a hot bath and slept in tents. They did it again the next day and took a bath at noon with a breathtaking panoramic view. It was the fourth edition of this hot bathing in altitude. It‘s tempting but you’ve got to be motivated…  The first story is unique, the second one is just interesting, and the third one is very funny )) Let's start with unique photos of the bat. Wildlife photographer Kim Taylor wanted to capture the moment when a bat flies over the water surface of the pond and grabs some water drops with its tongue. It was a daunting task. Rapid bats are difficult to spot in the darkness for human eyes. After a long and careful preparation (see first photo), he managed to make these unique photos.  Who knew that they could sneak their way over there?!!!  This mobile house is called president-suite for a reason. First of all, its surface is of 969 sq ft and it has everything to meet your needs. You can go on vacation and still be able working as, besides sleeping room, living room and bathroom, it also has an office.
