Everyone can have a different point of view about bodybuilding, but I personally think that if people like it, it’s up to them to do it, not to overdo though ;) Today you’ll see a selection of the brightest representatives of the world of bodybuilding, men and women.  Tsutomu Tosuka is 74. His body constitution could make jealous men half his age. He was crowned this weekend winner in the senior category of the Japan Masters Bodybuilding Championships 2009. He began practising bodybuilding at 40 and never stopped since. It’s really amazing to see the body you can have at such an elderly age. Conclusion, you’re never too old and it’s never too late to have a great body!  By looking at the first photo, you probably think you understand why the article is called this way. But this is not quite true and if you look a little closely this same photo, you may notice that something’s wrong.  The bodybuilders from all over the world came there to take part in World Bodybuilding Championships that was held in Slovakia this year.  Another bodybuilding contest took place in Afghanistan. It is surprising that in a country devastated by years of war such competitions are held.  John Stone is a legend. The story itself about his transformation is not that fresh. I found his old photos and added new ones to make it more interesting. That’s what happened. In 2003 this man decided to loose his beer-belly and went to the gym. Five years later, after all the training, it’s difficult to recognize him. John Stone became a real bodybuilder. Every month, during the past 5 years, he took pictures of him and put them on his blog. See what miracle, desire and hard work as well as strong will, can do. We have already posted an entry about a very big man who managed to slim down and to transform his life completely.  I want to give you several examples of how we can make ourselves ugly by trying too hard to be beautiful. Let’s start with one of the strongest women in the world - Geramnii Audrey. To call her feminine and pretty I can’t, really. Her photos and the pictures of a guy who can be called “the example of anti-men’s beauty” are after the jump.  |
