Would you put your head into crocodile’s mouth? I doubt this! But these guys do crazy things and play with these predators as if they were safe reptiles without sharp teeth. These photos can really tickle your nerves!  At least it was for one wildebeest that was, quite literally, looking into the jaws of death as the jaws of a huge crocodile with its mouth agape tried its dead level beast to have the wildebeest for lunch as was crossing a river that was crocodile infested. It appeared that the juvenile wildebeest was about to be eaten for lunch. However, as so often is the case, timing is everything. Fortunately for this young wildebeest, the crocodile misjudged its attack by a mere fraction a second.  Crocodile Farm is located in Thailand, 20 minutes’ drive from Pattaya in a very picturesque place called the Million Years Stone Park. Here you can see a unique show with crocodiles.  After viewing these pictures, it became very clear to me that I would never try this job. Even if you work for many years with these predators and know all about their behaviour, there’s no guarantee that you’d be safe, plus shit still happens…  A crocodile was killed after taking a foolish shortcut across a herd of hippos! This young crocodile was swimming too close to a mother and her calves and as around 50 hippos gathered into a defensive circle, the crocodile panicked and tried to escape by racing over their backs… that was not a bright idea… Crocodiles are dangerous predators, but one should not underestimate the power of hippo’s jaws… Rare pics await you inside the post…  There’s a theme park in the Australian city of Darwin where you can swim with huge crocodiles. The attraction is called ‘Cage of death’. Of course, people who long to try this attraction are put in a glass box, but still, the pictures give shivers, especially when you see the size of a crocodile. Would you like to experience something similar? ;)  Giant six meter crocodiles inhabit the river Adelaide near the city of Darwin, Australia. Along the river, so-called "jumping crocodile” cruises take place, during which visitors are invited to look at the terrible reptiles - the enormous crocodiles jumping out of water. Frankly, I was shocked, I did not think that these monsters can jump so high.   A Costa Rican named Chito has a very unusual friend – Pocho the crocodile. Their unique friendship lasts already for 20 years and guess what, Pocho didn’t try to have Chito for lunch. It all started when Chito saved the crocodile that was dying after being shot in the eye. Chito spent all his time with him giving him food and medicine and a lot of attention. Ten years later, he felt the crocodile was comfortable with him, let him approach and even touch, and then play in the water. Now this amazing relationship attracts tourists’ attention all over the world. But Chito warns people that if somebody gets in the water while they’re playing, it could turn out very bad even deadly.  Unusual bike! Their skin is used for purses, boots and lots of different stuff and now there’s this! I don’t know actually if I’m impressed or if I’m disgusted… Look at the other pics inside the post.  The amazing series of shots of a crocodile attacking a zebra. Incredible, but the zebra escaped!  A crocodile named Robo Croc had a reconstruction surgery last Tuesday at the Metrozoo in Miami. A car crushed his head the last year. Unable to move its jaw, the poor animal had not eaten for three months. The veterinarians decided to operate him and put two metal rods between his eyes, extending down to the bridge of his nose, and another on each side. 41 screws were drilled in his head to keep the skull and snout together. Let’s hope that he would be able to open his jaw to eat and therefore to survive.  These pictures aren’t fresh. One year ago they made there way to the internet.
