I think people don’t go out with their children on the streets, since children are fragile to see such things ;)

Hwacheon - ice fishing festival, held in South Korea. The festival attracts tourists from all over the world. Thousands of competitors try to catch as many sancheoneo (wild trout) as possible. The festival organizers claim there are roughly 1,000,000 visitors annually.
