India’s Lake Palace is a luxury hotel of 83 rooms and 17 suites featuring white marble walls. It is located on a natural foundation of 4 acres (16,000 m2) rock on the Jag Niwas island in Lake Pichola, Udaipur, India. It’s very famous and lots of celebrities visited it but now, the India’s Lake Palace lost its lake after an unprecedented drought…
And what was once one of the favourite hotels of the rich and famous and known as one of the most romantic retreats in the world is not so romantic anymore with its dried lands.
Not only it’s a shame because it was really beautiful but it’s gonna be a big problem for the local economy and the local population which depends on tourism.
You will see inside the post how the Palace looked before and now, when there is no more water.

This “reproduction” is located in Macau, the South-East of China. Actually, it's owned by the Las Vegas Sands corporation and the Venetian Macao is modeled on its sister casino resort – the The Venetian in Las Vegas. You can find all sort of things over there like canals, frescoes, fountains, golden statues…etc. but also the St Mark Square and the Bridge of Sighs.
It is not worth Venice, but it must be nice to visit.

The Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 metres (919 ft) out from Jumeirah beach, and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. It is an iconic structure, designed to symbolize Dubai's urban transformation and to mimic the sail of a boat. The hotel cost $650 million to build. Burj Al Arab characterizes itself as the world's only "7-star" property. Despite its size, the Burj Al Arab holds only 28 double-story floors which accommodate 202 bedroom suites.
