Noma Bar is a graphic designer from Israel. He dreamed to become an artist since he was a child. And his dream has come true. Bar has created over 550 illustrations and designed over 60 magazine covers. He has also published two books of his interesting works: “Guess Who - The Many Faces of Noma Bar” and “Negative Space”. You can take a look at Bar’s illustrations after the jump and guess who are the main characters in some of them.

This 500 hp Porsche has seen some better days. At one time this car was worth some $250,000 but has now been reduced to mere junk. The accident happened in Siberia, Russia and left this very expensive sports car good for nothing more than parts.

This is a true story. It happened some time ago. 

In one small English town, a crowd of people had gathered under a tree.

They thought about how to save the iguana, which they clearly saw on one of the branches.

It was decided to call emergency services. Rescuers arrived, climbed the tree and ... started to laugh.

These beautiful rocks are known as the Moeraki boulders and are unusually large. They lie along Koekohe Beach on the coast of New Zealand. There are local legends that say that these rocks are unusual enough that they look as if they are not of this world. 

This helpless little wombat named Karmann was rushed to a wildlife shelter, where she spent her next three months in an intensive care unit after being rescued from the pouch of her dying mother, who had been run over in Australia. She is adorable, even without any hair.

Australian local authorities have announced Toad Day Out. On this day all citizens of Queensland can catch cane toads and bring these poisonous amphibians that are rather toxic to a special destination. All live frogs are painlessly killed and turned into compost, which is used by the cane farmers.

While some people have a tough time with the catching huge toads, others try to protect these frogs from a roundup.

Kenny Easterday is a 35-year-old American man born with a rare disease (sacral agenesis) that prevents his spine from growing correctly. Doctors amputated his legs when he was a baby to use his shinbone for completing his underdeveloped spine.

Kenny never liked wheelchairs and refused to wear prosthetic legs, so he learned with his dad to walk on his hands and to move with a skateboard.

As many other men, he enjoys sports (especially bowling and pool), has a job and has found his sweetheart, Nicky, with whom he raises her two kids.

Nicky got pregnant when she started to date Kenny 7 years ago, so they made a test to know for sure if he’s the real father. They’re waiting for the results…

Kenny’s unbelievable story is filmed for the new documentary “The Man with Half a Body” that appeared yesterday on TLC.
