This is the project of UK photographer Charles Twist had some Victorian camera enthusiasts to take the photos to mark the 150th anniversary of the founding of the resort. These photos derived directly from technology that was around 150 years ago. The result is great and it makes modern photos look like old ones without photoshop. The photos are not perfect which can be quite a shock in this age of all digital.

Some of the most famous male celebrities seem as if they were born with their facial hair, but leave it to the Internet to reveal their hairless faces. Nick Offerman and George Lucas just look plain weird but Zack Galifianakis actually looks quite normal.

Alexander Miller, along with his wife Imogene, lived on a dilapidated farm in East Orange, Vermont from 1946 until their deaths in 1993 and 1996. Seemingly unwilling to fix up the farm, and living without central heating and limited electricity the Miller’s managed to accumulate a tremendous amount of valuable cars. Miller went through one VW beetle after another, fixing them as best he could until they broke down again.
