Lol.. people actually believe you can hear the ocean?
I've always seen it as a joke.
Same with full-ear headsets, sometimes you can hear your heart pumping.

Where do they get this crap? And what illiterate moron writes it?

#1 "Caption", eh?
#3 So can many carbon-containing materials. Edinburgh University in the UK did this 5 years ago.
#4 Flying generally, or flying in the store?
#5 Only on certain machines.
#7 More likely "could" and it was most likely rice and a pair of chopsticks?
#8 Maybe a free TRIAL, but a lot of companies now use online authentication to get round this.
#12 TreeS?
#17 THere are also ones which shoot jigsaw pieces around the room and you have to reassemble it on the clock to stop the alarm. It would not last long in my house.
#18 Bare.....?
#30 *Nicholas Cage face* You don't say??
#32 Nope, it's nitrogen gas in the sinovial fluid of the joint capsule being compressed by, forced between and passed between the cartilidge sides. The pop is the cartilage bumping together again.
#40 The first parts has been common knowlege for at least the last 30 years. The second part is horse shit - tanning is the production of melanin pigment in cells by melanogenesis.

These types of thing really bring my piss to the boil and it's a symptom of the decay of society. This 2nd-hand, ill-informed, memorised, pop-knowledge (with no real understanding) is so prevalent these days. Proper grammar, spelling and accuracy of information are near extinction.

#4 the blast of air is an air curtain, it's to keep the temp inside the same aka keep the cold air outside, it's barely used to keep insects out, but it's a side effect..

#43 BS either starting point was too close to the earth to sustain more less permanent orbit and prevent crashing, or moon would be already gone too far away.
