What does he tweet when Muslims behead people? How does he signal virtue then? Does he comment, or stay silent? Cutting someone's head off while they're alive causes more than just hurt feelings. Hard to write a letter of apology later, too.
I know I'm going to get down votes for this, but c'mon, this is pure political propaganda. And it will likely work.
