If there is a task that you procratinate, convince yourself to just start and do the first 5-10 minutes. Most of the time you will end up finishing it.

write your sh#t down. edit and rework if nescesary.

it will create order. it will quantify things. pick 3 things that bother you most. work on those.

"Some days you must go through the motions and fake it till you make it. My son (M-preteen) suffers from depression and online school is tough for him (he is a gifted student performing 3-5 grades above age) so some days his funk is profound. Getting up sitting through the class at a desk even if ignoring the content makes the difference.
