One of the most deliberately made movies to ever come out of Hollywood, from the mostly static shot designs, down to every single stutter in the dialogue being scripted (like, seriously, every single time William H. Macy stutters in Fargo, he’s not improvising, he’s following a specific number of stutters in the script). The Coen Brothers have multiple “perfect” movies under their belts, but Fargo might be the best one.”
