Most of the time I find them pretty accurate. Maybe you just don't have the same taste as the reviewers? That doesn't make it a bad source.

Lordy ! Jesus Christ Superstar was one of the best movies ever made.
See, this is exactly what I mean. You obviously didn't like those movies. But millions of others did.
For example; Toy Story 2 was the highest grossest film of 1999.
Many saw it as one of the few sequels that surpassed the original.
Just because you don't agree doesn't mean everyone else is wrong or an idiot.
