#20 I say BS. My son bought a cracked tv there, and they gave him a new one, no questions asked.
Retailers like Best Buy and Walmart have insurance measures in place for breakages because they know it happens. If you just bought the thing, they'll certainly exchange it no problem. Refunds are less likely, though, as people sometimes try to bring back an older broken one.
or just a suggestion don't put down your glasses in seats. I have been wearing glasses for a long time and broke 1. I was swiping away a bug and knocked them off my own face not my proudest moment.
