sure. believe you? are you a scientist? did you use those big dull cow eyes in your head, that has a very limited view of the color spectrum to observe this?
that's actually not true. Light scattering is NOT reflection (and neither is diffraction), yet it will produce colours that look e.g. like blue.
Next time you try to mansplain things, better get you facts straight!
